Payments
Neue Luxury accepts most major payment providers through Sopify Payments including VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
In most cases delivery costs will be included in the purchase price; any additional charges will be clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. Please note that payment will be debited from your account immediately after your order has been confirmed. GST at 10% will be applied for Australian orders and will be displayed clearly within the checkout process. The prices displayed within Neue Selects do not include any relevant overseas customs duties, clearance or handling charges and other customs or import charges that you may incur. Any additional charges will depend on the value of your order and will be on top of the price. For New Zealand orders, you can use the NZ Customs Service online estimator at What's My Duty Estimator to estimate what, if any, duties you may need to pay. For more information regarding duties, please refer to our shipping page. International orders are exempt from the Australian GST. The GST rebate will be deducted from the order total and displayed within the checkout process.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the payment gateway are secured payments. Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Neue Luxury or any outside party.
